Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or contacting Twakkal Al-Khaleej for services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional commercial terms stated in quotations, rental agreements, purchase orders, work orders, or signed contracts.

Where a separate written agreement exists between Twakkal Al-Khaleej and a customer, the terms of that agreement will take precedence over these general website terms in the event of a conflict.

Our Services

Twakkal Al-Khaleej provides transportation, heavy equipment rental, lifting, material handling and project logistics support services, subject to equipment availability and project requirements.

Final service scope will be confirmed through a quotation, work order, rental agreement, purchase order, or other written confirmation.

Quotations & Enquiries

Website enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. Equipment, pricing and schedules are only confirmed after written acceptance by Twakkal Al-Khaleej.

Quotations may be based on factors including equipment type, capacity, rental duration, project location, mobilization distance, operator requirements, fuel arrangements, working hours, site conditions and other operational requirements.

Equipment Rental Terms

Rental periods, operating hours, mobilization charges, operator arrangements and equipment usage conditions will be defined in the applicable quotation or rental agreement.

• Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
• Equipment may not be relocated without prior approval where applicable.
• Rental extensions are subject to availability and approval.
• Additional hours or scope may result in additional charges.
• Any damage arising from misuse may be chargeable to the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project details, safe site access and any permits, approvals or site arrangements required from their side.

• Provide correct project location and site contact information.
• Ensure suitable and safe access for the requested equipment.
• Disclose relevant site restrictions, hazards or operating conditions.
• Comply with agreed operating and safety procedures.
• Provide required site permits or access authorizations where applicable.

Payments & Commercial Terms

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, rental agreement or customer contract.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, additional costs arising from changes in scope, waiting time, additional trips, overtime, special permits, additional mobilization, or customer-requested variations may be charged separately.

Twakkal Al-Khaleej reserves the right to suspend or delay services where payment obligations have not been met in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.

Equipment Availability & Scheduling

Equipment availability is subject to operational schedules, maintenance requirements, existing bookings and project conditions.

While Twakkal Al-Khaleej aims to meet agreed delivery and mobilization schedules, timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable operational control, including road conditions, weather, site access restrictions, breakdowns, regulatory delays, or other force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

Twakkal Al-Khaleej will use reasonable care in delivering services and supplying equipment. However, liability will be subject to the applicable rental agreement, quotation, signed contract and relevant laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Twakkal Al-Khaleej will not be responsible for indirect, consequential or commercial losses arising from delays, project interruptions or circumstances beyond reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
